Fees
Rescheduling
More than three calendar days before the scheduled session – Free
Less than three calendar days before the scheduled session – 400 DKK
Cancellations
More than seven calendar days before the scheduled session – 400 DKK
Less than seven calendar days before the scheduled session – full payment
Prepaid bundle cards
Prepaid bundles are refundable minus a 20% admin fee and the value of used sessions at standard rates. For further details please see the client policy
Credit card fees
Credit card fees for international cards and business cards are charged by Stripe at the moment of payment, and will be added to your invoice.
Bank fees
Payment from a Danish bank account are free of charge.
Please let me know if you wish to pay via IBAN. A fee will be charged according to Sydbank’s current price list.
